    My simple recipes, handed down from my grandmother and mother, are a culinary journey into taste with totally organic and fresh ingredients from my land.

    My faithful companion a cookbook on which are pinned, since I was a little girl, methods and types of cooking and processing of typical Salento dishes. A culinary experience among aromas and flavors that are decisive and authentic, traditional dishes that range from legumes in pignata, to fresh pasta with tomatoes , to freshly caught fish, to meats processed and semi-processed by masters in the art of butchery to grandmother's fragrant sweets. The pleasure of conviviality set me on this path, because cooking for my guests gratifies and exalts me.

    My kitchen is the place I enjoy the most in my home; it's where I dedicate myself to the people I love, both family and guests. My recipes from the Salento tradition, passed down from my mother and grandmother, range from ciceri e tria, sagne torte with meat sauce, homemade orecchiette and minchiareddi, to rustic Salento dishes, and more. My kitchen is simple and humble, focusing on ingredients from the local area, particularly vegetables grown in my personally tended countryside garden. Additionally, I meticulously select artisanal products from local companies, such as pasta, bread, prepared meats like Gnummareddi, sausages, bombette, fresh fish, preserved products, dairy products, and extra virgin olive oil from our own production. It excites me to see every diner satisfied; it's a personal triumph for me.
