I will welcome you to my dining room, decorated with art-nouveau furniture, paintings and fine objects. The table, carefully set and with a panoramic view, will be the perfect place to enjoy an appetizer of fish pâté with croutons and vegetables. We will continue with Boreto, a traditional dish of Grado fishermen, served with white polenta, accompanied by an excellent white wine from the Colli Orientali del Friuli. We will end with a homemade dessert, an artisanal bitter and a good coffee from Trieste, for an authentic and unforgettable experience.

Giovanna loves simple traditional cooking made with fresh ingredients and seasonal fruits and vegetables. She seasons her dishes using excellent olive oil, aromatic herbs and spices, with small forays into the kitchens of the world. In Giovanna’s kitchen, you will discover a pantry laden with sauces, preserves, pasta, spirits and sweets, all strictly homemade.
