I will welcome you to my home in Fiuggi, where you’ll discover the secrets of traditional Italian cooking through a hands-on class with tasting. I’ll guide you, step by step, in preparing two delicious handmade pastas and an iconic dessert, sharing techniques, tips, and a few family secrets along the way.

We’ll start with gnocchetti, made with Fiuggi water and flour, served either with tuna and tomato or with Pachino cherry tomatoes and Roman guanciale. Next, we’ll move on to homemade fettuccine, dressed either with a classic tomato sauce or with the traditional Amatriciana, one of the great classics of Lazio cuisine. To finish on a sweet note, we’ll make the timeless and irresistible tiramisù, a symbol of Italian pastry loved all over the world.

Strolling through its cobblestone streets and breathing in the fresh air, you immediately feel the deep connection between nature, tradition, and well-being. Here, Fiuggi water, famous worldwide for its beneficial properties, flows crystal clear from the springs—a symbol of purity and vitality that has accompanied the daily life of the town’s residents for centuries. Cooking is my passion, a legacy from my maternal grandmother who raised me “with my hands in the dough.” I love preparing simple, wholesome, and flavorful dishes—the kind that warm the heart and make you feel at home. Among my offerings are Fiuggi gnocchetti, made with the precious Fiuggi water and flour, a local specialty; sagne with beans; chicken cacciatore; tiramisu; and wine cookies… and of course, I can also create many other traditional recipes!
