    I enjoy cooking everything, with no particular preference between appetizers, first courses, main courses, side dishes, or desserts. However, if I had to choose, what I love most are leavened products and fresh pasta in all its variations. I have always been passionate about learning as much as possible to eventually master everything. My cooking is traditional Roman and rustic, with seasonal and genuine dishes that evoke the warmth of my grandmother's house.
