    The pizza-making experience will reveal all the secrets of making pizza at home: we will start by kneading the dough by hand, prepared with different flours and high-quality yeast to obtain the perfect consistency. We will learn the techniques for working the pizza dough and forming the gluten network.

    While the dough is resting, we will enjoy an aperitif together. Then comes the most eagerly awaited moment: rolling out the dough and adding the toppings, giving free rein to everyone's imagination and personal taste: from margherita to marinara, with potatoes or however you like it best... You choose the ingredients. The evening's menu will be completed by supplì di riso, a fried rice ball with mozzarella and tomato. Dessert and wine are always a must in our house.

    Cesarino Marco and his wife, as part of the “More Regional Organic in Europe” project, put on a three-hour showcooking event in the truly impeccable shopping center. All fresh and organic ingredients, combined with care: the result was simply delicious. Their professionalism and, above all, their humanity are striking: they are kind-hearted people, capable of engaging the audience with competence, friendliness, and passion.     This was an amazing your hosted by the best people we met on our journey through europe. They showed as all the treasures of food Rome had to offer. Marco had print outs off all the food we tried so we could read later and understand the origins. The food was incredible had a meat platter to try all the different produce from the area, so filling. Then had dessert from a wonderful team that just kept feeding us which was fantastic. I recommend Marco highly is was so much fun.
