    We invite you to join us for an authentic and engaging culinary experience, designed for those who want not only to taste but also to learn how to cook traditional dishes from our homelands: Sicily and Basilicata.

    During our cooking class, we’ll prepare together a full menu, from appetizer to dessert, inspired by the traditional recipes we’ve loved since childhood. Over the years, we’ve reimagined these dishes with passion, creating a modern and gourmet fusion of flavors from both regions.

    We’ll use only seasonal, high-quality ingredients, carefully selected to bring out the best in every dish.

    The experience also includes a wine tasting: Rocco, a certified sommelier, will be happy to share insights and stories about the wines selected to pair perfectly with the menu.
