In my kitchen, it's a tradition that, on festive days, to spend time with family and friends, we serve, in addition to the classic appetizer of cheeses and cured meats accompanied by a fine prosecco to start the meal, lasagna with ragù sauce. You will also be able to enjoy traditional ravioli with ricotta and spinach, seasoned with tomato sauce and a sprinkle of parmesan. We will prepare all of this together.

We will conclude with a delicious classic tiramisu with coffee and cocoa.

The love for cooking started as a girl with desserts and then gradually growing up and creating a large family it came to me to have fun cooking not only out of need but also out of passion; tradition and the union of food , family and friends sitting at a table, has always made me feel the warmth and joy of living. I have often lived far from my Rome but I have always continued to prepare the dishes of our tradition to feel at home. With a mother from the Marche region , a Neapolitan dad, and a Sicilian husband you can't help but love Italian cuisine in general. Now the children have grown up and become even more demanding and critical, and this stimulates me more and more to improve. In the kitchen I find my dimension as in hospitality in general. Welcome is whoever enters my house.
