In my kitchen, tradition calls for bringing to the table, especially on festive days spent with family and friends, not only the classic appetizer of cheeses and cured meats accompanied by a good Prosecco, but also a lasagna with rich ragù sauce. You will also enjoy traditional ravioli filled with ricotta and spinach, dressed with tomato sauce and a sprinkle of Parmesan. We will prepare all of this together.

- We had a great time making 3 classic Italian dishes! Guilia and her family welcomed us into their home lovingly! We learned so much and the food was amazing. I can't wait to show off my new skills to my friends back in the US! 10/10 worth the money! The whole family was wonderful and answered all of our silly questions and made us feel like family. It was also very cool to see such a lovely traditional home !

I have often lived far from my Rome but I have always continued to prepare the dishes of our tradition to feel at home. With a mother from the Marche region , a Neapolitan dad, and a Sicilian husband you can't help but love Italian cuisine in general. Now the children have grown up and become even more demanding and critical, and this stimulates me more and more to improve. In the kitchen I find my dimension as in hospitality in general. Welcome is whoever enters my house.
