For this Roman cooking class, Marco will welcome you into his home for a very enjoyable experience. We will prepare fresh homemade pasta! We will knead flour, semolina, and eggs. We will use a rolling pin to roll out the perfect dough, as tradition dictates, and decide whether to make fettuccine, tonnarelli, or tagliolini. Next, we will prepare a very fragrant and flavorful meat or vegetable ragù. This cooking class will end with a dessert to make the experience even sweeter.

All fresh and organic ingredients, combined with care: the result was simply delicious. Their professionalism and, above all, their humanity are striking: they are kind-hearted people, capable of engaging the audience with competence, friendliness, and passion. The feedback was enthusiastic not only for the dishes, but for the entire performance. Highly recommended.
- This was an amazing your hosted by the best people we met on our journey through europe. They showed as all the treasures of food Rome had to offer. Marco had print outs off all the food we tried so we could read later and understand the origins. The food was incredible had a meat platter to try all the different produce from the area, so filling. Then had dessert from a wonderful team that just kept feeding us which was fantastic.
