Cesarina from 2025Location: Rome (RM) Languages: Italian and EnglishIn Rome, the best way to truly get to know the city is to let yourself be guided by its flavors. I am a Roman food advisor, and I guide those who love to discover authentic stories, traditions, and flavors through unforgettable culinary experiences. In these walking street food tours, we will stroll at a relaxed pace through Trastevere, the Jewish Ghetto, and Campo de’ Fiori—neighborhoods where food is a part of everyday life. We will stop at historic bakeries and artisanal shops that preserve recipes passed down through generations: tasting handcrafted cookies, the traditional sour cherry tart, or cantucci, red pizza or pizza with mortadella, and the iconic Roman supplì, followed by a classic first course. Italian espresso is, of course, included, and for those who wish, we’ll finish with artisanal gelato. Between tastings, I will guide you to discover charming corners such as the Tiber Island, the Portico d’Ottavia, and the Church of Sant’Andrea della Valle, sharing curiosities, sweet anecdotes, and local stories. An authentic and convivial experience, designed to savor Rome slowly, letting yourself be guided by taste and emotions.
