Together, we will visit the local market filled with fresh products such as meat, vegetables, and fish. Once back home, we'll cook amatriciana pasta together, sample ham and cheeses, and create my tiramisu as a team. After enjoying our meal, I'll be delighted to offer you a taste of homemade genziana, a digestive drink accompanied by my famous 'sablè biscuits'.

- Le parole non bastano per descrivere il nostro incontro con la famiglia Biani. Siamo rimasti incantati dalla loro ospitalità e abbiamo stretto nuove amicizie lontano da casa.
