- I really enjoyed the experience; I appreciated their warm welcome and attention to detail. I tried authentic Roman food prepared in the traditional way, including pasta, panzerotti, and tiramisu. Michaela gave me recommendations for tourist sites. I am very grateful to them for the experience. It was enough that their compensation for changing the appointment on their end when I booked a group class was to give me a private class. I highly recommend it. Michaela offered me Neapolitan cheese as a treat and told me that I have friends here in Rome. I felt lucky to cook using tools that are years old and belonged to Chef Marco's mother; it was an honor for me. I recommend their classes, five stars 💖😃⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
- Cesarino Marco and his wife, as part of the “More Regional Organic in Europe” project, put on a three-hour showcooking event in the truly impeccable shopping center. All fresh and organic ingredients, combined with care: the result was simply delicious. Their professionalism and, above all, their humanity are striking: they are kind-hearted people, capable of engaging the audience with competence, friendliness, and passion. The feedback was enthusiastic not only for the dishes, but for the entire performance. Highly recommended.
- This was an amazing your hosted by the best people we met on our journey through europe. They showed as all the treasures of food Rome had to offer. Marco had print outs off all the food we tried so we could read later and understand the origins. The food was incredible had a meat platter to try all the different produce from the area, so filling. Then had dessert from a wonderful team that just kept feeding us which was fantastic. I recommend Marco highly is was so much fun.
