We had an amazing cooking class and dinner with Marco and his wife. We were so inspired that we even bought a pasta machine to replicate the recipes we learned. Marco also gave us a lot of amazing recommendations of places to visit and dine at.

This was an amazing your hosted by the best people we met on our journey through europe. They showed as all the treasures of food Rome had to offer. Marco had print outs off all the food we tried so we could read later and understand the origins. The food was incredible had a meat platter to try all the different produce from the area, so filling. Then had dessert from a wonderful team that just kept feeding us which was fantastic. I recommend Marco highly is was so much fun.
