Together, we will knead fresh pasta, prepare tonnarelli and potato gnocchi, and make your choice of sauce: amatriciana, carbonara, or cacio e pepe. We will also prepare the famous tiramisu, sharing with you interesting facts and secrets about this much-loved dessert, which you can easily recreate once you return home for a dinner with your friends. Between stories about the history of Rome and useful tips on where to shop and taste Roman specialties, you will enjoy a fun, tasty, and unique experience that will make your vacation unforgettable. We had an amazing cooking class and dinner with Marco and his wife. We were so inspired that we even bought a pasta machine to replicate the recipes we learned. Marco also gave us a lot of amazing recommendations of places to visit and dine at.

Cesarino Marco and his wife, as part of the “More Regional Organic in Europe” project, put on a three-hour showcooking event in the truly impeccable shopping center. All fresh and organic ingredients, combined with care: the result was simply delicious.

This was an amazing your hosted by the best people we met on our journey through europe. They showed as all the treasures of food Rome had to offer. Marco had print outs off all the food we tried so we could read later and understand the origins. The food was incredible had a meat platter to try all the different produce from the area, so filling. Then had dessert from a wonderful team that just kept feeding us which was fantastic. I recommend Marco highly is was so much fun.
