The pasta and tiramisu cooking class was one of the highlights of our Italy trip. Maria and Giorgio were extremely hospitable and taught us a lot about Italian culture and cooking/eating, and made us feel right at home. The evening became more than just a cooking class, which was a nice break from touring and exploring. We highly recommend this experience.

Had such a great time with Maria and Giorgio at their home. Going into it my husband and I thought we were going to have somewhat of a more commercialized content dinner but right from the start of the event, they welcomed us like family into their home. Maria taoihjt of some delicious recipes ( that were surprisingly easy to make with her guidance for a first timer) such as Tiramisu and different kinds of pasta, while Giorgio really was so warm and generous with his hospitality. This experience was probably our highlight from our Italy trip and we highlyyyy recommend it. It ended up being a big family dinner that we are going to cherish for a very long time!!

Best Cooking Class in Rome – Homemade Pasta AND Tiramisu?! I’ve taken cooking classes all over, but none where I felt like part of the family AND left stuffed like a cannoli. Handmade pasta magic – Rolling ravioli and cranking chitarra through that wooden "pasta guitar" was SO satisfying (and way harder than it looks). The hosts are LEGENDS – Not just teachers, but storytellers, wine-pourers, and all-around awesome humans. TI RAMI SU. Forget restaurants – their homemade tiramisu ruined me for all others. Creamy, boozy, perfection. I may need to fly back just for another bite. We cooked, laughed, ate like kings, and even talked about life like old friends. A full-on Italian experience. Grazie mille for the memories (and the food coma)!

I love preparing first courses with homemade pasta, such as maccheroni alla chitarra, ravioli, and lasagna, along with risottos and dried pasta dishes featuring mushrooms and various vegetables. I have happily experimented with many dishes from Abruzzese cuisine, including ndurciullune, pallotte cacio e ova, and stuffed rabbit. Additionally, whenever I have the chance, I enjoy being inspired by the typical cuisines of Tuscany and Lazio.
