I will welcome you to my Roman home, where I will reveal the secrets of Roman cuisine. Together we will prepare two traditional pasta dishes: ravioli filled with spinach, saffron and lemon, served with butter and sage, and tagliatelle with seasonal ingredients. Next you will learn how to prepare the famous Italian dessert: tiramisu. At the end of the course you will be able to taste the dishes you have prepared.

Wine and water are included.

About me: Hi, I'm Roberta! Originally from Campania, I have been living in Rome for many years. I love to accompany my guests to discover the soul of Rome through local markets and share the rich Italian food culture by teaching them traditional recipes from all over the world.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! My family of 18 people were beautifully accommodated and we had a magical afternoon cooking and talking with Roberta and her daughter and friend! We learned to make bruschetta, ravioli, and tiramisu. Everything was beyond delicious and they made us feel like we were their family!! I can't recommend Cesarine enough!

Roberta and her daughter were great hosts! The apartment and table setting were charming, and fog Nemo was cute. The food was delicious! We expected a demo of the cooking. That's the only reason I rated 4 stars instead of 5. Overall, a lovely way to spend our evening in Rome.

I perfectly remember my grandmother Lucia every morning in the kitchen and the smell of the sauce already being cooked that spread throughout the house.
