We celebrated our mother‘s 70th birthday here. We had an absolutely amazing and fun time. The experience is something different to what you normally do and it was so worth it. We enjoyed the amazing and delicious food, which was all homemade. And of course the nice chat with the family. We felt absolutely welcomed. It was very cool to learn how to do pasta by ourselves. We will keep this memory always in our mind and we wish you all the best. Thank you very much for having us in your home.

Spending my birthday with Maria and her lovely family was unforgettable ❤️. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed like one of their own — full of warmth, laughter, and amazing homemade food 🍝🍷. The most special day of my trip! 🇮🇹 Maria taught me how to make fresh pasta and tiramisu 🍰, sharing stories and family traditions along the way. We celebrated together, singing happy birthday in Italian and English 🎂 — such a beautiful and personal touch! If you want to experience real Italian family life and authentic cooking, I can’t recommend this enough. Thank you, Maria, for making me feel so loved and at home 🥹✨

My husband I had the BEST experience with our market tour and cooking class hosted by Maria and her husband Giorgio. They greeted us upon arrival to their home with freshly baked pastries, and then we headed to the local outdoor market. Maria and Giorgio, along with a family friend Isabella, guided us through the fascinating market and bought fresh ingredients for our lunch. Back at their home, Maria and Giorgio spoiled us with antipasti while we made “guitar” pasta and tiramisu. Both dishes were absolutely delicious, and Maria was a fabulous teacher! After the cooking was done, we all gathered around the dinner table and had a wonderful feast. It was such a neat experience to live like a local Italian for a few hours. We saw everything Rome has to offer, from the Colosseum to the Vatican to an AS Roma soccer match, but we both agree that this marker tour and cooking class was the highlight of our trip to Italy!

I had such a fabulous time cooking with Maria. Making pasta and Tiramisu was a fun way to spend the evening learning about traditional Italian food. Thank you so much.

The pasta and tiramisu cooking class was one of the highlights of our Italy trip. Maria and Giorgio were extremely hospitable and taught us a lot about Italian culture and cooking/eating, and made us feel right at home. The evening became more than just a cooking class, which was a nice break from touring and exploring. We highly recommend this experience.

I love preparing first courses with homemade pasta, such as maccheroni alla chitarra, ravioli, and lasagna, along with risottos and dried pasta dishes featuring mushrooms and various vegetables. I have happily experimented with many dishes from Abruzzese cuisine, including ndurciullune, pallotte cacio e ova, and stuffed rabbit. Additionally, whenever I have the chance, I enjoy being inspired by the typical cuisines of Tuscany and Lazio.
