Hi from Maria!

I love preparing first courses with homemade pasta, such as maccheroni alla chitarra, ravioli, and lasagna, along with risottos and dried pasta dishes featuring mushrooms and various vegetables. I have happily experimented with many dishes from Abruzzese cuisine, including ndurciullune, pallotte cacio e ova, and stuffed rabbit. Additionally, whenever I have the chance, I enjoy being inspired by the typical cuisines of Tuscany and Lazio.

: Maria and Giorgio are very welcoming hosts. I really enjoyed meeting them. Hands on making fresh pasta, ravioli, and tiramisu was phenomenal. Then we sat down to a delicious dinner. This has been the highlight of my trip to Rome. It was a special evening.
: My husband and I had a cooking class with Maria and Giorgio and had a wonderful time! They were both so friendly and welcoming, and it was lovely to spend time in their home and meet some of their family. I was unexpectedly able to practice my French language skills with Giorgio which led to a lot of laughs for us all. The food was absolutely delicious and my husband and I both really enjoyed learning how to make pasta and tiramisu. We’re looking forward to making tiramisu for our families this Christmas. : We celebrated our mother‘s 70th birthday here. We had an absolutely amazing and fun time. The experience is something different to what you normally do and it was so worth it.
