I love preparing first courses with homemade pasta, such as maccheroni alla chitarra, ravioli, and lasagna, along with risottos and dried pasta dishes featuring mushrooms and various vegetables. I have happily experimented with many dishes from Abruzzese cuisine, including ndurciullune, pallotte cacio e ova, and stuffed rabbit. Additionally, whenever I have the chance, I enjoy being inspired by the typical cuisines of Tuscany and Lazio.

- Fabulous way to enjoy and learn about Italian food. Maria and Georgio were so welcoming allowing us to help prepare dishes and dine with them in their beautiful home. Nothing was too much trouble and it was an absolutely memorable experience. Could not recommend more highly. I hope we can do this experience again.
- This was such a beautiful experience and highlight of our visit to Rome! We had so much fun getting to know the whole group. Maria and Giorgio were such kind hosts, we felt very welcomed into their home. Maria was very patient and helpful sharing techniques and it was particularly special to get to use a pasta guitar. The entire meal was delicious (the tiramisu was next level!). So grateful to have a home cooked meal and connect with such lovely people!

In general, everyone was super sweet, the food was amazing, and I would recommend to everyone.

They made us feel so welcome into their home and provided us with wonderful memories to share of our time in Rome. The food was delicious, and the evening was full of laughter and fun for all. - A wonderful experience! Maria is a beautiful, warm, caring host and a wonderful cook. Maria and Giorgio welcomed us into their home and showed us a truly authentic Italian family experience. We learned how to make pasta and tiramisu from Maria and chatted about all sorts of topics, while sipping on Prosecco. We would highly recommend this experience for anyone who wants to get away from all the usual touristy-stuff and have Rome’s best tiramisu!
