I love preparing first courses with homemade pasta, such as maccheroni alla chitarra, ravioli, and lasagna, along with risottos and dried pasta dishes featuring mushrooms and various vegetables. I have happily experimented with many dishes from Abruzzese cuisine, including ndurciullune, pallotte cacio e ova, and stuffed rabbit. Additionally, whenever I have the chance, I enjoy being inspired by the typical cuisines of Tuscany and Lazio.

- My family and I had a wonderful experience with the cooking class with Mrs. Maria! It was truly an authentic experience as we had dinner with her family. This was our first cooking class and we learned how to make pasta from scratch and Tiramisu. It taste fantastic and I’m looking forward to making on my own with the recipes given. Thank you so much for allowing us in your home. The hospitality was wonderful as well as the gift! The pictures capture an abundance of memories we will never forget. - We had a wonderful evening learning from Maria and sharing a meal in her welcoming home. She was well prepared for us but we did not feel rushed. The cooking we did felt like a natural contribution to the meal (even our teenagers got involved!). Our experience with Maria was one of the highlights of our visit to Rome. Grazie!
