I enjoy cooking dishes that are connected to my Sicilian roots, the places where I've lived, but above all, new dishes that I learn in cooking classes or that are passed down to me by the people I meet in my life. I would love to offer tourists dishes from Sicilian and Roman traditions that can easily be prepared in any corner of the world. Cooking, drinking good Italian wine together, and chatting about food, travel, and daily habits: creating a cultural exchange.
