Hi from Angelica!

"I’m very greedy and curious. I grew up in family homes with grandmothers, aunts and housekeepers who spent most of the day, especially on holidays, preparing lunches, dinners and typical dishes so I learned to cook early. I also had the good fortune to have a family with very different regional origins and so I learned typical recipes of the Neapolitan cuisine, Irpinia, Trentino, Tuscany, Sicily and of course Lazio and Rome, those of my land."

Angelica is incredibly kind and patient. My husband and I loved learning the tips and tricks for cooking, as well as chatting with Angelica. It was refreshing to have a home cooked meal while traveling. Angelica’s home was lovely, and our experience was very pleasant!
