I'm originally from Naples and my cooking mainly focuses on the typical dishes of the Campania region. Among my specialties, you'll find Genovese sauce, meat rolls, meatloaf, parmigiana, stuffed peppers, potato gateau, stuffed artichokes, pasta and potatoes with provola cheese, struffoli, pastiera, casatiello... in short, a rich assortment of Campanian delights :-)However, over the years, thanks to my deep passion for cooking and an insatiable curiosity that characterizes me, I have expanded my culinary repertoire by learning to prepare the typical dishes of other Italian regions as well.
