Hi from Cristina!

My cuisine is centered around traditional flavors and the enhancement of local, humble ingredients, thanks to the invaluable teachings from my mother, who is also a homemaker. I have also attended numerous courses to improve my skills and attempt to modernize my cooking. Favorite dishes to cook? A beautiful lasagna for Sunday lunch, it takes me back to my childhood. I also love filleting and cooking fish.
