My cooking is a journey through the culinary traditions of my Neapolitan roots and those of Lazio, two regions that carry authentic flavors and dishes rich in history. From the flavorful, rustic dishes of Campania, such as pizza margherita and Neapolitan ragù, to the fresh and simple dishes of Lazio, like pasta alla carbonara and coda alla vaccinara, each plate tells a story of family, passion, and love for fresh, high-quality ingredients.
