Cristina welcomes her guests in a villa surrounded by greenery with large outdoor spaces and large windows, where you can admire the garden and the centuries-old olive trees. A little corner of paradise not far from the center of the Eternal City. "Since my tender age I have always looked with admiration the love with which my grandmother, of Apulian origins, worked for hours in the kitchen. I still remember her hands and her aprons, often soiled with flour and the aroma of 'good things and genuine' that spread throughout the house and enveloped me in a pleasant feeling of well-being."

Cristina met us in Rome to allow us to shop with her at one of the principle markets (wow, so many choices!). She showed us (and purchased) all the ingredients needed to make a three course meal. We traveled to her house and then we spent the next several hours making a fabulous homemade pasta and tomato sauce, she made us bruschetta and other nibbles and Prosecco and we topped it all off with the tiramisu she taught us how to make. It was not only and educational day, but fun and tasty. We loved our quiet moments sitting in her backyard relaxing while the sauces simmered. Fabulous outing, highly recommend
My 2 sons, who are 15 and 13 years old and I spent a wonderful day in Rome with Cristina. We did a food walking tour. We learned about different traditional Italian food. She was so much fun to be around and easily kept my sons happy, engaged and entertained. We loved her so much that we signed up for a pizza and tiramisu cooking class at her house a couple days later. Cristina was warm and welcoming. My sons even spent time with her children while we were there. We had an amazing family dinner with Cristina and her children. Unfortunately my son left a hat we had purchased on our trip. She immediately mailed it back to us. I highly recommend either tours with this great woman! Definitely the highlight of our trip!
Cristina is an awesome host, we had a great time, learned a lot about italian cousine from her. I highly recommend this experience to any food lover.
Cristina warmly welcomed me into her beautiful home. She is not only a talented Cesarina but her warm personality made a beautiful memory of my last afternoon in Italy! Can’t wait to try making the traditional homemade pasta and delicious Roman sauces she taught me in an authentic way. Highly recommend Cristina for an amazing Italian experience!
