Hi from Cristina!

Cristina welcomes her guests in a villa surrounded by greenery with large outdoor spaces and large windows, where you can admire the garden and the centuries-old olive trees. A little corner of paradise not far from the center of the Eternal City. "Since my tender age I have always looked with admiration the love with which my grandmother, of Apulian origins, worked for hours in the kitchen. I still remember her hands and her aprons, often soiled with flour and the aroma of 'good things and genuine' that spread throughout the house and enveloped me in a pleasant feeling of well-being."

I had tried many times to make cacio e peppe and it was never right. When I saw Christina’s class, I jump on it. It was just perfect, her home is in this beautiful oasis with olive trees and a nice backyard, 15 min. from Vatican city Roma. It was just a lot of fun. Christina was a great teacher showing us all the tricks and answering every questions we had. We made the 4 Roman pasta dishes: Cacio e peppe, Gricia (now my favorite), carbonnara, Amatriciana. Soooo delicious and a truly wonderful experience ! Now I can make a killer Cacio e peppe ! Ha ! Grazie Christina !

Cristina is an excellent chef, host and cooking educator. Our family enjoyed making gnocchi, fresh pasta and gelato under her direction. Her villa is charming and we all enjoyed this Italian experience with her! I highly recommmend and you would love this experience. Grazie Mille
