- Artichokes alla giudia
- Amatriciana potato gnocchi
- Tiramisù
Cooking lessons in a charming villa surrounded by greenery, among centuries-old olive trees, just a few kilometers from St. Peter's. Together we will have the opportunity to prepare a delicious selection of dishes, such as artichokes alla giudia (or, if it is not artichoke season, we could opt for battered zucchini flowers or mozzarella in carrozza), followed by potato gnocchi all'amatriciana and an irresistible tiramisu. A culinary experience that combines the beauty of the landscape with the pleasure of cooking, in a cozy and unique setting. There will also be a delicious bruschetta with extra virgin olive oil from our olive trees.

A little corner of paradise not far from the center of the Eternal City. "Since my tender age I have always looked with admiration the love with which my grandmother, of Apulian origins, worked for hours in the kitchen. I still remember her hands and her aprons, often soiled with flour and the aroma of 'good things and genuine' that spread throughout the house and enveloped me in a pleasant feeling of well-being."
