- Cristina was fantastic! I feel like I can make some of the classic sauces with confidence! She was a wonderful host and we loved meeting her cat!
- Cristina’s class on the four roman sauces was fantastic and she is lovely. I have taken many cooking classes over the years, several in Italy, and this was by far one of the best. Taking a private lesson was so much more enjoyable for me than being in a group of people at different levels of experience. Cristina spent time going into both the importance of ingredients and also the nuances between the preparation of the 4 sauces. I recommend coming hungry because there is a lot of food to eat! Grazie Cristina for being a wonderful host and sharing your home, olive oil, and knowledge with me. Buone Feste!

I still remember her hands and her aprons, often soiled with flour and the aroma of 'good things and genuine' that spread throughout the house and enveloped me in a pleasant feeling of well-being."
