During the course, we will prepare various types of pizza, with the option to choose between classic recipes and delicious vegetarian variations, perfect for satisfying every palate. The day will end on a sweet note with the creation of fresh and creamy artisanal gelato, an ideal dessert to crown this unique culinary experience.

- Cristina’s cooking class was my family and I’s favorite experience during our time in Rome. Inside of her beautiful home, Cristina and her boyfriend helped guide us through each step of the pasta making process in a fun and authentic way. Then it was followed up by, without a doubt, the four most DELICIOUS pasta dishes my family had during the entire trip. We visited Michelin star restaurants, Osterie recommendations, and plenty of other highly rated restaurants, but Cristina’s homemade Cacio e Pepe, Gricia, Carbonara, and Amatriciana were the most delicious, flavorful pasta’s we had the pleasure of trying during our stay. Every visit to Rome should include a trip to any her cooking classes! Would recommend a million times. If I could give it more than 5 stars, I absolutely would!
- Lovely hostess, Christina made us feel welcome immediately. We enjoy the pasta making demo. The home was inviting and we had a lovely dinner on the porch. Appetizers, wine pasta and dessert were all delicious. It was a lovely evening.
- This personal dining experience was intimate and divine. The cooking demo and beautiful warm surroundings surrounded by gorgeous flowers and plants was so inviting. Christina prepared a delicious meal & paired it with some great wines. Dessert was scrumptious! We were treated like queens 😍
- Cristina was excellent. It could not have been better. Food was delicious and location at her home is beautiful. If you are looking for a personal chef teaching experience, Cristina is for you.
- This is one of the best of many cooking classes we have attended. The venue, Cristina's home, is gorgeous, with amazing gardens. We learnt many new techniques, and about the relationship between different Roman foods. If you are interested in true Roman cooking, this is for you.

I still remember her hands and her aprons, often soiled with flour and the aroma of 'good things and genuine' that spread throughout the house and enveloped me in a pleasant feeling of well-being."
