"In one summer evening I arrive in the house in the country. Already in the square I receive an intense scent that entering the house pervades me: my mother’s tart, freshly baked! That’s how I grew up in Umbria with these flavors, these smells... I grew up watching my mother move her hands to knead, making jams. Cooking is part of my story. When I moved to Rome to attend university - I'm an architect - my mother gave me a notebook to write down the recipes; now the notebooks are numerous. College friends gave me my first cookbook."

Traditional dishes revisited with taste. Friendly but discreet welcome. I went to Laura F.'s house for a business lunch; they had told me about the Cesarine service and I wanted to give a colleague of mine from abroad an experience of Italian cooking and family environment. I chose Laura F. for her location as it was a lunch break and she is located near the meeting place with my colleague. I was much more than satisfied; everything was perfect, from the friendly but discreet welcome, which immediately made us feel at home. The dishes cooked properly have hit the mark because while recognizing the typical taste of Italian cuisine, Laura has been able to revisit dishes with a touch of originality that amazed me too (and it takes me since I am often around for work). I recommend to anyone who is in Italy for tourism or work to have the same experience.

casa molto elegante e accogliente, come la padrona di casa. tavola preparata con gusto e coperti di valore. pranzo ottimo, ingredienti di qualità, presentazione raffinata e tutto ben cucinato e abbondante. Un'esperienza molto positiva.
