Let's prepare a delicious Roman aperitif together! We start by preparing the pizza dough, quick and easy, and let it rest. Meanwhile, we prepare the bruschetta with toasted homemade bread, with irresistible toppings such as Roman-style beans, repassed chicory, fresh tomato and basil, all flavored with garlic and oil. After resting, we fry the pizzettas in hot oil and top them with tomato and basil or ricotta and pepper, for a truly unique flavor combination. At the table, we will serve everything accompanied by fresh water and excellent wine. You can enjoy these delights in the flowery greenery of my garden or, during the winter, in my cozy dining room. I am waiting for you for an unmissable dining experience!

Angelica was a perfect host. she was so warm and inviting and really made us feel at home. The way she guided us through every step of the process made us feel confident we can take her knowledge back to our family and recreate these beautiful recipes. Thank you so much! I really appreciate everything you showed us!

We had a wonderful dinner at Angelica’s beautiful home and outside garden. She prepared 3 types of bruschetta for an appetizer. Dinner was a delicious pasta dish with fresh tomatoes cooked in olive oil and buffalo ricotta. Homemade tiramisu was an amazing dessert. Eating in her outdoor garden was a special treat. She also served wine and a sparkling champagne. Definitely recommend having dinner at Angelica’s.

"I’m very greedy and curious. I grew up in family homes with grandmothers, aunts and housekeepers who spent most of the day, especially on holidays, preparing lunches, dinners and typical dishes so I learned to cook early. I also had the good fortune to have a family with very different regional origins and so I learned typical recipes of the Neapolitan cuisine, Irpinia, Trentino, Tuscany, Sicily and of course Lazio and Rome, those of my land."
