- - 1/21: savory pies with seasonal vegetables Together we will prepare a traditional recipe, perfect for an evening with friends, and you will learn how to make it and its secrets. After the class, we will taste the dish we prepared and toast with a good wine.

It's called comfort food, but it's primarily food for the mind and heart. For me, this means cooking for myself and others, creating dishes so delicious that they bring silence and make us forget everyday problems for a couple of hours.
