An experience that adapts to every situation, two hours together to learn a single recipe. We will prepare it in detail, step by step, and of course there will be plenty of time for tasting and wine pairing.

At the end of the experience, you will take home the recipe with all my tips. Choose from the following recipes: Tortelli piacentini con la coda (Piacenza-style ravioli with a tail) Panzerotti piacentini (Piacenza-style fried dumplings) Pisarei e Fasò (Piacenza-style pasta and beans, also vegan) Verzolini ripieni (stuffed pasta, also vegan) If you would like another recipe, feel free to make a specific request.

It's called comfort food, but it's primarily food for the mind and heart. For me, this means cooking for myself and others, creating dishes so delicious that they bring silence and make us forget everyday problems for a couple of hours.
