Choose from the following recipes: Tortelli piacentini con la coda (Piacenza-style ravioli with a tail) Panzerotti piacentini (Piacenza-style fried dumplings) Pisarei e Fasò (Piacenza-style pasta and beans, also vegan) Verzolini ripieni (stuffed pasta, also vegan) If you would like another recipe, feel free to make a specific request.
