Shared Experience
Your experience
Upon arrival, guests will be welcomed with an aperitif in the garden consisting of a sprizz or gin and tonic with a tasting of the typical Livorno "chickpea cake" or "5 and 5." After the aperitif there will be a cooking class that will include various steps, from preparing the "gnudi" to making the fish sauce with which they will be seasoned once cooked. Guests can actively participate and will be guided step by step of the preparation of the dish, and then enjoy it together in the garden. The tasting of the dish will be accompanied by a classic French method. At the end of the dinner, the classic "Ponce alla Livornese" will be served.

Enrico
Cesarina from 2023Location: Leghorn Languages: Italian and EnglishI love cooking all kinds of dishes, whether they are fish or meat-based, from appetizers to main courses, even though desserts are not my passion. My Tuscan specialties include liver crostini, lampredotto, and game. From the Livornese tradition, I prepare delicious cacciucco, chickpea cake, and risomare. Additionally, I can skillfully make Neapolitan pizza. In short, I know how to delight the palate with a variety of authentic and irresistible flavors.
