We were received very friendly and warm welcome by Joëlle and her husband. Joëlle explained us very well some traditionally dishes and recipes from Tuscany. We had a great experience to prepare with her some pasta dishes. She took attention on our preferences and allergies. We had a nice evening together.

This was a lovely experience. They were very welcoming and made myself and my husband feel comfortable. We learned a lot about making fresh pasta and got to enjoy it with some lovely home cooked sauces and wine afterwards. It was a great experience learning about Italian cooking in this friendly way. Amazing experience for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teens) with Joelle and her husband Ricardo. Their home is lovely and their hospitality even better. This was one of our favorite days during our two week vacation in Italy and France. Fun, relaxing, well organized class. The food was excellent. You will also learn that Joelle and Ricardo have some impressive backgrounds in the food industry. We were very impressed and hope to return again!
