: My husband and I had the loveliest evening with Joelle and Riccardo. We were warmly welcomed into their home and with views of the sea and wine in hand, we learned to make fresh ravioli, Panzanella salad, tiramisu and more. Joelle was very organized and efficient in her planning and teaching. Every detail was thought of, to make it an enjoyable and educational experience. And the dishes were absolutely delicious. We couldn’t have asked for a better cooking/dining experience and agreed it was definitely one of our favorite things we did in Italy!! Absolutely recommend.
: Jöelle è stata fantastica! Ho avuto l’opportunità di passare 3 ore con lei e suo marito. Mi hanno trasmesso la loro passione per la cucina e per la fotografia. Sentire la loro storia mi ha fatto emozionare. Sin da subito siamo entrati in empatia, come se ci conoscessimo già da tempo. Che dire, le portate erano ottime e di qualità. La location è fantastica, con una vista pazzesca a due passi dal mare di Livorno. Sicuramente tornerò a trovarli. Grazie ancora dell’ospitalità e del calore.

: My wife and I had a Wonderful evening together with Joelle and Riccardo with authentic Tuscan food and wine. It was a pleasure to meet the host couple in their home. We are definitely going to try the recipes we received when we return to our home.
