Over the years, I have acquired in-depth skills in all the techniques necessary for making chocolates, cakes, creams, mousses and, if you wish, even sweet first courses. Together we will explore the art of tempering and the creation of mouth-watering ganaches and cakes. We will immerse ourselves in an experience enveloped in the irresistible aroma of chocolate.
