Small Group hands-on cooking class with 2 pasta recipes and tiramisù followed by an Italian aperitivo and lunch or dinner with the dishes prepared during the class

In this experience you will literally put your hands to pasta! You will find yourself making tagliatelle with mushroom and Tuscan sausage sauce and tortelli filled with pumpkin and bacon seasoned with butter and fried sage making fresh pasta yourself, you will each have a station with everything you need to work!

To conclude a typical dessert from my area, small cream-filled doughnuts that can possibly be filled with custard according to your taste! Again you will prepare the dough that will have to rise, so it will be the first thing we will do at the beginning of the class! I am waiting for you to flour your hands!

I adore cuisine made with simple dishes and find inspiration from typical Tuscan recipes, where I was born, and Emilian ones, where I worked for many years. I love making bread and focaccia dough, roasts cooked the way my mother taught me, and first courses with egg pasta. Additionally, I enjoy searching for typical cured meats and cheeses.
