    I will welcome you to my beachfront home, together with Riccardo, for an authentic and engaging experience. We'll toast with a glass of wine on the terrace before getting our hands in the pasta and discovering the secrets of traditional Tuscan cuisine. We will prepare together two types of fresh pasta typical of Tuscany: egg pasta tortelli maremmani and eggless pasta pici senesi. The sauces will vary according to the season and the flavors of the day, but a good ragout is always a must. To end on a sweet note, we will make tiramisu, the most famous Italian dessert in the world, which we will taste accompanied by a glass of Vin Santo. A perfect experience for those who want to discover Tuscany through its cuisine, good wine and conviviality!
