Have you ever wanted to discover the secrets of preparing three delicious fresh pastas typical of Tuscany? Join my course, where I will guide you step by step through the art of creating fresh egg pasta and one of Tuscany's oldest dishes, Pici, made only with flour and water. During the course, you will also learn how to make different traditional grandmothers' fillings and how to make tortelli, Pici and their delicious toppings.

At the end of the class, we will sit down to enjoy the fruits of our labor together, accompanied by a glass of local wine. To end on a high note, I will delight you with a Tuscan dessert prepared my way. I look forward to seeing you in front of the sea to share this fun and culinary experience together.
