Have you ever wanted to discover the secrets of preparing three delicious fresh pastas typical of Tuscany? Join my course, where I will guide you step by step through the art of creating fresh egg pasta and one of Tuscany's oldest dishes, Pici, made only with flour and water. During the course, you will also learn how to make different traditional grandmothers' fillings and how to make tortelli, Pici and their delicious toppings.

At the end of the class, we will sit down to enjoy the fruits of our labor together, accompanied by a glass of local wine. To end on a high note, I will delight you with a Tuscan dessert prepared my way. I look forward to seeing you in front of the sea to share this fun and culinary experience together.

Sentire la loro storia mi ha fatto emozionare. Sin da subito siamo entrati in empatia, come se ci conoscessimo già da tempo. Che dire, le portate erano ottime e di qualità. La location è fantastica, con una vista pazzesca a due passi dal mare di Livorno. Sicuramente tornerò a trovarli. Grazie ancora dell’ospitalità e del calore.

Our family toured the Mediterranean for a week and lunch with Joëlle and Riccardo was the highlight of the trip. I thought my teenage children might not find a lunch experience interesting, but boy was I wrong. They absolutely loved it and Joëlle and Riccardo made us feel welcome and at home. They shared a collection of old (pre-1900) books which my father and son really enjoyed flipping through and the kids were amazed by their collection of antique audio and video equipment. Lunch made it clear Joëlle is an accomplished chef. The menu included several types of crostini, ravioli, beef peposo, and tiramisu torte for dessert all while we worked our way through several different wine pairings. She was patient with my daughters helping prepare the ravioli from beginning to end and provided us with detailed recipes for all the dishes to take home -- so of course my daughters insisted on giving a try the day after we returned home! Joëlle and Riccardo went the extra mile and helped make some beautiful memories for my family on our stop in Livorno. Highly recommend this experience!

If you are ever in the port of Livorno and looking for an excursion other then Pisa or Florence I highly recommend this experience where we learned how to make pasta and served a wonderful four course meal in Joelle’s beautiful home on the seaside. It was one of the highlights of our cruise and would definitely do it again if we ever return to Livorno
