    Upon arrival you will be greeted with an aperitif of your choice, the typical blonde mousse or a sprizz, accompanied by a taste of the famous "chickpea cake" or "5 and 5" baked express in a wood-fired oven. Dinner will continue in the garden with two typical dishes of Livorno cuisine: for first course, a risotto with squid ink, accompanied by a classic French method. For the second course, red mullet alla Livornese will be served, accompanied by a Tuscan vermentino. This will be followed by a "sgroppino" to delight the palate.

    At the end of the dinner, the inevitable "Livornese-style punch" will be served.

My Tuscan specialties include liver crostini, lampredotto, and game. From the Livornese tradition, I prepare delicious cacciucco, chickpea cake, and risomare. Additionally, I can skillfully make Neapolitan pizza. In short, I know how to delight the palate with a variety of authentic and irresistible flavors.
