I love cooking all kinds of dishes, whether they are fish or meat-based, from appetizers to main courses, even though desserts are not my passion. My Tuscan specialties include liver crostini, lampredotto, and game. From the Livornese tradition, I prepare delicious cacciucco, chickpea cake, and risomare. Additionally, I can skillfully make Neapolitan pizza. In short, I know how to delight the palate with a variety of authentic and irresistible flavors.
