I live in Tuscany, in the hills of Livorno, just a few minutes from the sea. Here I created my “Giardorto”, a natural chemical-free garden where I grow herbs, vegetables, and edible flowers.My passion is cooking: I prepare Tuscan dishes and more, from fresh fish to grilled meats, as well as bread, schiacciata, and homemade fresh pasta, using only genuine ingredients.I welcome guests to my home surrounded by nature, with outdoor spaces, a wood-fired oven, and a cozy veranda. I offer an authentic experience of cooking and sharing, between flavors, nature, and tradition.
