My vocation as a Naturopath is reflected in a healthy cuisine, based on artisanal and locally sourced ingredients, carefully selected from small farms. Born in Rome, I have blended the flavors of the Tuscan and Roman traditions, creating authentic, seasonal dishes rich in color and research.A special role is given to doughs, especially shortcrust pastry, which I reinterpret in both sweet and savory versions, bringing to life unique creations that are also at the heart of my cooking classes.Desserts and tarts are, for me, a true field of creative freedom: from the crust to the filling and the decorations, every detail becomes a personal expression and a source of satisfaction.

Our time with Francesco and Luciana was, without question, the highlight of our stay in Livorno. Rather than attending a “cooking class@, it was a few hours of quality time, a couple who were kind enough to invite us into their home and spend time getting to know each other, over antipasti and wine. What’s not to like? The food was great, the Chianti, the laurel liqueur, perfect. Oh, I forgot to mention the ravioli class. Wow, Luciana knows her pasta.. From the spinach and turmeric infused dough, thinning, cutting, stuffing, simmering and eating it with fresh pomodoro sauce! Magnifico. A “class” well worth our time-and as is true with travel, it’s the people you come across that makes it memorable. Highly recommended!

We were welcomed into Luciana and Francesco's home and treated like family. We learned to make homemade ravioli and had a lovely lunch with appetizers, and homemade dessert. A true treasure of Livorno. Highly recommend.

Under Luciana’s very precise guidance and Francesco’s constant help, in a perfectly equipped environment, we spent an unforgettable day savoring many local flavors… and we cooked some ourselves!!! What a wonderful birthday!!!
