In this experience, you will have fun kneading! We will prepare three fresh pasta shapes together: ravioli, tagliatelle and spaghetti alla chitarra, all worked by hand without a planetary mixer. We will knead and roll out the dough with a rolling pin, then match the fresh pasta to three variations of fish, cooking them step by step. At the end, you will receive a brochure with all the recipes and enjoy a selection of three different wines. Don't miss the opportunity to try your hand and taste our delicacies!
