You’ll learn traditional Tuscan dishes with me. My cooking class in Livorno, in my home overlooking the sea, will take you on a journey to discover the secrets of fresh stuffed pasta in a thousand different shapes.
We will each knead our own pasta, starting with flour and fresh eggs. During the class, we will use only fresh, high-quality ingredients. Once we have finished preparing the dishes, we will sit down together to enjoy our meal, accompanied by a glass of local wine. It will be an authentic experience, allowing you to take the flavours of Tuscany home with you.
