We’ll start by churning fresh cream into butter the traditional way, using a hand-crank churn. Then we’ll grind buckwheat into flour and knead the dough from scratch. You’ll learn each step of this time-honored process and discover the rich, rustic flavors of Alpine cuisine. After cooking, we’ll sit down together to enjoy our handmade pizzoccheri, served with melted butter, potatoes, cabbage, and local cheese. A warm, authentic food experience straight from the mountains of Italy!
