    I invite you to experience a unique gastronomic journey, in a location surrounded by nature where you can admire, on one side, the Castle of Calatabiano and the summit of Mount Etna, and on the other, the picturesque Taormina and Castelmola. We will begin with a starter of local cured meats and cheeses, accompanied by homemade preserves – a dish that tells the story of Sicily in every bite. For the main course, I will prepare mezzi paccheri with a pork ragù or with seasonal vegetables. To end on a sweet note, enjoy a chocolate panna cotta (or fresh fruit).

    I look forward to sharing the flavors of this beautiful land with you, in a warm atmosphere that will make you feel at home, immersed in the tranquility of nature. (Free pick-up at Porta Catania - Taormina).

I use only locally sourced products, carefully selected to ensure the highest quality and an unmistakable taste. I love preparing dishes that celebrate tradition, such as fresh maccheroni pasta made with a ferretto, handcrafted using techniques passed down through generations. Among my specialties, you’ll find Parmigiana di melanzane and Caponata, two iconic Sicilian dishes that perfectly balance sweet and sour flavors. For seafood lovers, I offer delicious swordfish rolls, a typical recipe that enhances the rich taste of the fish with a flavorful and aromatic filling. I also prepare Messinese-style meat rolls, small bites filled with breadcrumbs, cheese, and Mediterranean herbs for an explosion of taste. My cuisine features a variety of seafood and meat-based first and second courses, always cooked with passion and respect for traditional recipes, to offer an authentic and flavorful experience.
