As an enthusiastic chef, I’m happy to share insights on products and select some fresh ingredients for an authentic cooking demo with local recipes. We will then head to my home where we will do a cooking demo and enjoy a delicious three-course lunch/dinner with good wine. The proposed menu is: traditional mixed Italian cured meats, fresh pasta with Mantua sausage and seasonal vegetables and a the delicious tiramisu. Live this unforgettable experience as I can share my passion for cooking and introduce you to the essence of our culinary traditions in the comfort of my home.

They taught us how to make amazing, delicious gnocchi in just a few steps.
