I will welcome you to my home in Milan for an experience dedicated to Mantuan flavors. I will guide you step by step in preparing a typical Lombard menu. We will start with a welcome coffee, a moment to get to know each other and get ready to enjoy this culinary experience together. To begin, we will make a traditional appetizer: mondeghili, Mantuan meatballs. After the appetizer, we will get our hands on the dough to prepare pumpkin tortelli, a symbol of the local culinary tradition. To finish on a sweet note, we will make tenerina chocolate cake, a classic that wins over everyone at the first bite.
At the end of the experience, you will have all the tools and tips to recreate these recipes in your own kitchen and impress your friends and family.

- This by far was and will continue to be one of our more memorable events we did in Milan. We learned a lot about Italian culture, cooking and shared some great food and great laughs with some very wonderful people. Our hosts went far beyond our expectations in ensuring we had all the wine and food we could possibly drink and eat! Would definitely do this again next time we are in Milan.
- Santa is just amazing, we celebrated the hens party of our lovely Marika and everythig was perfect! We enjoyed the cooking class, the food, the appetizers, the warm and beautiful home and above all the professionality and personality of Santa!

- Overall, the activity and experience were fantastic! We had a lot of fun as a group of 16 people. The only thing missing was a good wine, which is included in the price. I asked in advance if there was wine or if I should bring my own, but there was only a very cheap Prosecco. However, we had a great time and the food was delicious. We would do it again and again, but bringing the wine ourselves ;)
