Cooking class: learn how to cook traditional & innovative Italian recipes from a local Cesarina

Shared Experience

  • Tagliatelle, tiramisu and stuffed pasta
  • Stuffed pasta
  • Tiramisu

In this course for pasta lovers, we’ll prepare three different types of traditional fresh pasta together, including filled pasta. But the real magic will be the special cocoa tagliatelle: a flavourful first course, prepared according to the secret recipe my grandfather used to make for me when I was a child.

Each participant will have their own workstation with an apron and dedicated tools. Between kneading sessions, we’ll take a break to nibble on some homemade taralli, accompanied by a nice glass of red wine (and tasty fruit juices for the little ones).

To round off on a sweet note, we simply must include the king of Italian desserts: a creamy tiramisu prepared together. Finally, we’ll taste all our creations.

My passion for cooking began with flour and sugar, when baking was my way of finding comfort and lifting my spirits. That simple habit soon grew into a deeper curiosity, leading me to study cooking and earn a professional qualification as a chef. For a few years, I set that path aside to work in software and office environments, but today I have chosen to return to the kitchen with a renewed sense of purpose. I am very precise and love taking care of every detail, from preparation to plating. I enjoy experimenting with unusual combinations, inspired by my travels, by spices and techniques from around the world, and by my roots and our vegetable garden, which I cultivate with my partner. When the garden is especially generous, I turn the harvest into homemade preserves and preparations to enjoy over time. For me, cooking means combining precision, creativity, travel and the scent of the earth.
