As an enthusiastic chef, I’m happy to share insights on products and select some fresh ingredients for an authentic cooking demo with local recipes. We will then head to my home where we will do a cooking demo and enjoy a delicious three-course lunch/dinner with good wine. The proposed menu is: traditional mixed Italian cured meats, fresh pasta with Mantua sausage and seasonal vegetables and a the delicious tiramisu. Live this unforgettable experience as I can share my passion for cooking and introduce you to the essence of our culinary traditions in the comfort of my home.

: Enrico is an amazing chef! We did the Risotto masterclass and made 3 different kinds. Every one of the rosittos was truly the best we’ve ever eaten. I would recommend this to everyone! Also, Enrico and his wife are such sweet people that you feel right at home.
