    This cooking class is dedicated to the signature dish of Milan’s authentic culinary tradition: ossobuco with saffron risotto.

    We’ll focus entirely on preparing this classic, learning the secrets behind the ingredients and every step of the recipe.

    To end on a sweet note, we’ll also make a homemade dessert together, completing the menu in true Milanese style.

    At the end of the class, we’ll sit down to enjoy our creations, accompanied by a good glass of wine and pleasant company.

    Enrico was very welcoming of us into his home where he taught us how to cook Milanese cuisine. We made Osobucco con risotto and tiramisu. He did a great job of teaching us and explaining the processes. We had hands on experience in making our food. When all was said and done we ate with him and his wife. Food was excellent. He provided printouts of the food we made and I will be making sure to make some myself back home.

    We had such a wonderful time with Enrico and his wife Christina. Our cooking class was very interactive and we got to take turns preparing every part of the dishes. Enrico has a welcoming personality and has so many great stories about Italy and his travels abroad. He also gave us recommendations for the rest of our vacation in Milan and other parts of Italy. The food was 10/10 as well and the portions were large, you will not leave the class hungry!

    Enrico is an amazing chef! We did the Risotto masterclass and made 3 different kinds. Every one of the rosittos was truly the best we’ve ever eaten. I would recommend this to everyone! Also, Enrico and his wife are such sweet people that you feel right at home.

    My cuisine is based on the simple and genuine recipes, from my family and the Milanese tradition. We will cook with local and seasonal ingredients. My passion is for first courses and would love to cook with you fresh pasta , pizza, a delightful risotto and a super tiramisu’.  I can offer the experiences with vegan and vegetarian alternatives, just let me know. After cooking we will enjoy our recipes and good wine at my home possibly on my nice terrace.
