This cooking class is dedicated to the signature dish of authentic Milanese tradition: ossobuco and saffron risotto. We'll devote our time to preparing the dish, learning the secrets of the ingredients and recipe steps. By the end of the course, you'll be able to create this delicious meal, and of course, we'll sit down together to enjoy it with a fine wine.
I had a wonderful time. Enrico was kind and funny and the food was amazing. It was nice to have an intimate setting with him and his wife, visit a local market and see life as a local. Highly recommend this experience.

My cuisine is based on the simple and genuine recipes, from my family and the Milanese tradition. We will cook with local and seasonal ingredients. My passion is for first courses and would love to cook with you fresh pasta , pizza, a delightful risotto and a super tiramisu’. I can offer the experiences with vegan and vegetarian alternatives, just let me know. After cooking we will enjoy our recipes and good wine at my home possibly on my nice terrace.
