This cooking class is dedicated to the signature dish of authentic Milanese tradition: ossobuco and saffron risotto. We'll devote our time to preparing the dish, learning the secrets of the ingredients and recipe steps. By the end of the course, you'll be able to create this delicious meal, and of course, we'll sit down together to enjoy it with a fine wine.
He is very friendly and compassionate. We learn a lot from the cook (obviously) to the culture (surprisingly). Worth the experience!

Great recipes. Excellent instruction and opportunity for hands on. We made risotto and Oso Buco with tiramisu for dessert. Enrico and Christina made us feel like guests in their home actually. A wonderful evening.

Ernesto and his wife hosted us in their home with such open arms and we spent the next 5 hours with them making the best pasta we’ve ever had! From the start, they felt like old friends and we shared many laughs and drinks as we cooked new recipes! We would recommend that everyone should take a class with Enrico, his cooking experience and expertise shined through. Thanks to Enrico our adventures through Italy have started off on such a high note!

My passion is for first courses and would love to cook with you fresh pasta , pizza, a delightful risotto and a super tiramisu’. I can offer the experiences with vegan and vegetarian alternatives, just let me know. After cooking we will enjoy our recipes and good wine at my home possibly on my nice terrace.
