Would you like to discover Italian cuisine beyond the usual pasta? Let's cook gnocchi together, just like we do at home!

The menu is naturally gluten-free, because it is based on recipes that do not include gluten, without compromising on taste. Handmade gnocchi will be the heart of the experience: we will prepare them together and decide how to season them, according to your tastes, with Parmesan cheese, pesto, or my favourite, gorgonzola, for the more adventurous.

We will cook calmly, step by step, sharing gestures, timing and little secrets of home cooking. At the end of the experience, we will enjoy the dishes with a glass of wine and time to chat from aperitif to dessert.
