    In this traditional cooking class, we will explore the wonderful world of fresh pasta making starting with two simple ingredients: flour and eggs. We will use manual dexterity and patience to create a rich traditional Italian dish. Each participant will have a personal work station and a rolling pin to learn how to roll out the pasta sheet and prepare tagliatelle. At the end of the experience, we will share and taste our delicious creation, all accompanied by excellent local wine.

    I recently attended a cooking class with Arianna Clara! Arianna is simply the best chef and instructor I have ever had. She was incredibly kind, cheerful and made the whole experience so enjoyable. Her energy is contagious and she went far beyond just the culinary experience. Nice experience!

I remember the Sundays of my childhood when there was always something new to learn in the kitchen: fresh pasta, potato gnocchi, pesto, pizza, meatballs... Then creating (very soon) a family, I was able to experiment and perfect classic dishes, but also recipes never tasted in my parents' house. This adventure was born first of all from the passion for cooking, but also from the desire to meet people with whom to share the excellence of Italian food and wine."
